When Ian asked me if I wanted to go and see his cousin Mika perform I couldn't believe he was talking about the same guy who reached number one in the UK Singles Chart in January. Hours later, I was a metre away from the stage, watching Mika perform his first gig in Tokyo. After the show I went backstage & had my picture taken with the chap. I was gutted that I had no camera on me other than my mobile phone, hence the poor picture quality. I made a slight faux pas in telling Mika that I'd downloaded his album ;-)
