My company recently asked me to join our summer interns on a rafting trip that it was sponsoring. Having tried this last year and loved it, I jumped at the opportunity. We spent the weekend out of the City which gave colleagues a chance to bond - especially when the karaoke started. The rafting experience included various jumps and exercises to test ones mental and physical strength, all in all - a great break from Tokyo.
